Where did you grow up?
Born and raised in Deep River, Connecticut.

What's your favorite outdoor activity?
I love to go skiing with my all my boys - although they board.

What's your favorite lunch time meal?
My favorite thing to eat has got to be watermellon.

What was the year, make and model of your first car?
First car was a Peugeot, not sure of the year, but it was OLD and drove like a tank.

What's your favorite movie?
Fav movie of all time has got to be "Out of Africa", I can quote it - and do.

Favorite inspirational quote?
If you want to feel sad, live in the past, if you want to feel anxious, live in the future, if you want to feel peaceful, live in the present.

If you could have any job in the world what would it be?
Outdoor Rec Instructor or ballet teacher.

What's the next technology you hope gets invented?
Teleportation. I'd call it iPort. My family is too far away and driving or flying takes forever.

What's one thing most people don't know about you?
I got a 4.0 in grad school - really - I love to brag about that, but never have the venue. But that doesn't mean I'm smart, most of the time I feel pretty dumb and I can't spell worth peanuts.

What scares you?
Snakes - but I'm trying to make peace with them.

What's your favorite smell?
Lilacs blooming in late spring, reminds me of my grandmas.
